    The work of international drivers

    The work of long-distance drivers is characterized by stability and a guarantee of long-term work. After all, it will always be necessary to transport cargo. Therefore, employees in this field are constantly needed, as businesses expand, the need for employees also increases, in addition, some employees retire, naturally more new drivers are needed. So working with a tractor is a demanding and stable job.

Often, truck drivers work in shifts such as 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off or 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Such a work schedule, depending on the family situation and the driver’s wishes, allows you to better plan your time and, for example, spend more quality time at home with your family, have a longer period of free time to travel, engage in your favorite activities, etc.

    Work in Europe and all social guarantees

A Lithuanian employment contract means that you will be covered by compulsory health insurance (PSD) in Sodra, so when visiting a doctor in Lithuania you will be able to receive all services financed by the PSD fund free of charge.
    The employment contract complies with all laws of the Republic of Lithuania regarding working hours, holidays and other aspects. So you will always know what rights and responsibilities you have, and when laws change in Germany or another country, you will not have to follow the news of a foreign country and worry about how it will affect the quality of your work, because all the decisions that are relevant to you regarding labor law are made only in Lithuania. Unlike your colleagues working with a German or Norwegian employment contract, if you decide to change your country of employment or return to work in Lithuania, you will not have to worry about Sodra seeing your accumulated seniority, you will not need additional documents and the transfer of your pension from Germany, because you will pay taxes (including pension accumulation) in Lithuania throughout your working life.
